How do I change my donation amount?
To change your donation amount, visit the Donor Dashboard page and log in to your account. From there, you can view your recurring donations and either edit the donation amount or cancel it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your recurring donation anytime by visiting Donor Dashboard.
How do I upload my profile picture?
You can upload your profile picture from the Donor Dashboard. Simply visit the Donor Dashboard, navigate to the “Edit Profile” tab, and upload your profile picture there.
How do the rewards and points system work?
Our rewards system has four tiers based on your donations:
Bronze: Up to $500 in donations.
Silver: Up to $2,500 in donations.
Gold: Up to $5,000 in donations.
Platinum: Up to $10,000 in donations.
As you move through these tiers, you unlock exclusive benefits and rewards. The more you donate, the higher your level, and the better the perks!
